‘Too early’: Dutch minister urges patience in rush to prosecute Russia for MH17 downing

It is not yet time to take action against Russia over the shooting down of flight MH17, despite investigators finding that the Buk missile responsible had come from the Russian Federation, the Netherlands’ Foreign Minister says.
