Mohamed Nasheed case: Amal Clooney and Geoffrey Robertson to request sanctions

A team of human rights lawyers including Amal Clooney and Geoffrey Robertson will ask the Australian government to impose targeted sanctions and travel bans on Maldives judges and other officials, over the illegal imprisonment of the country’s ex-president Mohamed Nasheed.
